This platform is designed to facilitate the payment of Trade NOC Renewal and Building Plan Approval, access to related information, and other services provided by PRIs in West Bengal. • The Service is intended for use by trade owners, authorized representatives, House building owners and Panchayat officials in West Bengal.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and when accessing the services.
• Misrepresentation of identity or property details will lead to suspension or termination of access.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of the account should be reported immediately.
• Accuracy of Information: Users must ensure that all data submitted, including property details and payment information, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or harm the platform, including hacking, unauthorized access, or uploading malicious content.

• Payments of fees for EODB services made through the platform are subject to verification by the respective Panchayat authorities.
• Payment receipts will be issued upon successful transactions. Users are advised to retain these receipts for future reference.
• Any discrepancies or disputes regarding payments should be addressed to the concerned Panchayat office within 15 days of the transaction.

The platform adheres to applicable data protection laws to safeguard user information. Personal and service-related data collected through this platform will be used solely for administrative purposes, including fees collection and service improvements. Users consent to the use of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the West Bengal Panchayat & Rural Development Department authority is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the data. The platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
