This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed. Please read it carefully before making any transactions.
All payments made through this platform for fees deposition for Trade NOC Renewal and Building Plan Approval, are considered final. Refunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, as outlined in this policy. Users are advised to verify all details carefully before completing any transaction.
- Double Payments: If a user has inadvertently made multiple payments for the same Trade NOC and validity period.
- System Errors: If technical issues on the platform, such as server failures or payment gateway errors, result in incorrect deductions.
- Non availability of service: If the service not delivered within stipulated time.
- Submit a Request: File a refund request with the respective PRI office within 15 days of the transaction.
- Provide Documentation: Include proof of payment (e.g., receipt number, transaction ID) and details of the issue.
- Verification: The concerned authorities will verify the claim and the circumstances surrounding the transaction.
Refunds will be processed only after thorough verification by the PRI authorities. If the request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used during the transaction (e.g., bank account or card).
Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days to be processed, depending on the payment gateway and banking procedures. Users will be notified via email or SMS once their refund has been processed.
- Change of mind or voluntary cancellation of the transaction after completion.
- Incorrect details provided by the user during the transaction.
- Any request submitted beyond the stipulated timeframe (15 days).

By making a payment through the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
After issuance of certificate, if the applicant wants to cancel the certificate within the validity period, he/she has to submit to tan application to the concerned PRI office. After forwarding the application to the Secretariat of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department with the proper approval and recommendation of the Head of the PRI Office and the District Panchayat and Rural Development Department officer, the certificate will be canceled.
